The seminar starts with some findings from Towards Maturity’s latest survey on the use of learning technologies in business, focusing on the barriers faced by organisation in implementing these technologies. One of those barriers is the attitudes of staff, with many companies reporting they are finding it difficult to engage their staff in learning using technology. The rest of the session will look at some of the lessons learndirect has learned in engaging with and helping more than three million people develop new skills in the last 12 years.
