Compliance management: get the best out of your LMS

A wide range of mandatory training measures in organisations today requires legal verification of the completion and results of the formal learning processes employed to stay compliant.
At an organisational level, the planning, control, completion, analysis and monitoring of mandatory training measures are often handled by the HR department and the process is often supported by a Learning Management System. If you are getting the most out of your LMS you should be able to form target groups for mandatory training, track progress, chase completion using reminders at freely definable intervals and report on completion.
