Visitors first

So many exhibition companies put on a show, and forget to see the event from a visitor's point of view; we place ourselves in their position, speak to people from the demographic and listen closely to what they want. This way we are able to provide effective incentives, not only for people to visit, but to return year on year; after all, there's no show without visitors.


It's clear to us that a venue must have all the key ingredients to maximise visitor numbers and exhibitor experience; venue must include good transport links, high quality buildings, top notch facilities and the ability to suitably accommodate the event. We work closely with venue companies such as the NEC Group, the Royal Dublin Society and EC & O Venues to ensure the smooth running of the whole event.

Exhibitors experience

We know what it's like for exhibitors, arriving on set up to build a stand, trips back and forward to build up; this is why the whole CloserStill team is on hand to help unload, solve problems on the day, bring refreshments and generally assist. We've helped exhibitors locate stands lost by couriers, and also assisted in creating stand designs and getting promotional materials designed and printed for events.
