The delegate rate for the two-day conference (including all sessions, full catering and membership to the Learning and Skills Group) is £945.00 + VAT - (book from November 2008)

• Book more than one place and receive a 10% discount on the first delegate booking - £850.50 + VAT and a 20% discount on delegate bookings thereafter - £756.00 + VAT
• Members of Becta, British Institute for Learning and Development, CompTIA, eLearning Network, Institute of IT Training, Learning & Skills Council and Sector Skills Councils receive a 10% discount - £850.50 + VAT
• Past Learning Technologies delegates receive a 20% discount - £756.00 + VAT
• Charities, speaker referrals and exhibitors receive a 20% discount - £756.00 + VAT

Please note that the maximum discount for any single delegate is 20%.

 

How to book

Confirmation

On receipt of your conference booking you will be emailed a letter of confirmation along with a VAT invoice. Full registration details and your conference badge will be sent to you two weeks prior to the conference and you will be contacted regarding your preferred session path and various forms you will need to complete.

 

Payment

Full payment is required before the conference or within 30 days of receipt of invoice.

Cancellation

All cancellations must be made in writing to Conference Manager, Principal Media Ltd, 19 Hurst Park, Midhurst, West Sussex GU29 0BP or emailed to info@learningtechnologies.co.uk and must be received no later than January 2nd 2009. Such cancellations are subject to an administration fee of £50.00 + VAT per delegate and this fee will be deducted from any due refund. We regret that we cannot accept any cancellations after this date but a substitute delegate can be nominated.
