The “noughties” brought a myriad of highs and lows - economies soared and plummeted, technology advanced beyond expectations. We now enter a new decade with new training models, focused on organisational learning, required for the post-recessionary world.

Understanding that training is required at each stage of the employee lifecycle, we identify how new technologies can enhance efficiencies for employees and drive operational excellence for employers.

We explore appropriate use of social learning, formal training, support infrastructures and performance management technologies.
