This interactive session will debate the benefits and drawbacks of social learning in the workplace, and will explore how it can be incorporated into a blended learning solution. This will include:

• Exploring how social learning has evolved through the ages and what it means in today’s world 
• Examining the learning requirements of some case study clients and challenging the audience to create some suitable social learning solutions
• Debating how to deal with the common objections of implementing social learning in the workplace
