(Serious) Games at work!

Amardeep Saluja, President - UK, Tata Interactive Systems

Last couple of years have seen a lot of coverage being given to the topic of Serious Games by the media. This, in turn, has sparked interest amongst the training professional looking for higher engagement and better results from their training programs.

Despite a surge in the number of such projects being commissioned, there are very few examples available in public domain that these professionals can use for reference. This is because a lot of it is a part of bespoke development, and therefore only available within the organizations that have commissioned them.

As a result, while games for training are high on a training manager’s wish list, there is still scepticism on where and how they would prove effective. In this session, TIS will share examples of games it has developed to successfully meet training goals of some of their clients.
