conference delegate rates

The delegate rate for the two-day conference (including all sessions, full catering and membership to the Learning and Skills Group) is £995.00 + VAT.

  • Past Learning Technologies delegates receive a 20% discount - £796.00 + VAT
  • Book more than one place and receive a 10% discount on the first delegate booking - £895.50 + VAT and a 20% discount on delegate bookings thereafter - £796.00 + VAT
  • Charities, supporting Government bodies, speaker referrals and exhibitors receive a 20% discount - £796.00 + VAT

Please note that the maximum discount for any single delegate is 20%.

How to book

FREE Conference gift*

To ensure the interaction continues after the event, each delegate attending the Learning Technologies 2010 conference will be given a fantastic conference gift as part of their delegate booking. Take your own videos and pictures and come and get involved!
  • Conference delegates booking before December 31st 2009 can choose to receive either the new iPod nano 5G (with video camera and FM radio), the Flip Ultra 11 (handheld camcorder) or the Canon PowerShot A480 (digital camera).
  • Conference delegates booking between January 1st and January 22nd 2010 will receive the new iPod nano 5G.

Confirmation

On receipt of your conference booking you will be emailed confirmation along with a VAT invoice. Full registration details and your conference badge will be sent to you two weeks prior to the conference and you will be contacted regarding your preferred session path, your complimentary Learning and Skills Group membership and the various forms you will need to complete.

Payment

Full payment is required before the conference or within 30 days of receipt of invoice.

Cancellation

All cancellations must be made in writing to Conference Manager, Principal Media Ltd, 19 Hurst Park, Midhurst, West Sussex GU29 0BP or emailed to info@learningtechnologies.co.uk and must be received no later than January 1st 2010.

Such cancellations are subject to an administration fee of £50.00 + VAT per delegate and this fee will be deducted from any due refund. We regret that we cannot accept any cancellations after this date but a substitute delegate can be nominated.
