Accelerating performance with learning - lessons from 1,200 organisations
The hostile economic climate has, paradoxically, opened up huge opportunities for learning innovation to contribute to bottom line business performance. The L&D profession stands at a pivotal moment: it is armed with new tools and a market-place being forced to consider them; yet it also has a poor track record and perceptions as a cost centre, not a wealth creator. 1,200 organisations have now taken part in the Towards Maturity's industry leading benchmark and as a result we now know more about how to drive the transformation of learning than ever before. We can't afford to wait, it's time to act.
The full results of the latest Towards Maturity Benchmark will be unveiled and discussed at the Learning and Skills Group webinar, 10 AM, 25 November. The full report will be available to download free-of-charge at the end.
Laura Overton, managing director of Towards Maturity, is hosting the webinar and will explore:
- How the last 18 months has changed the face of learning and development
- Responding to demand - why we can't afford to hold back
- How to significantly improve efficiency, take up and business agility
- Practical lessons that accelerate performance
- How to benchmark against the top performers
This webinar is free for Learning amd Skills Group members and non-members alike. If you are a non-member and would like to attend this webinar, please e-mail info@learningandskillsgroup.com with 'attend webinar' in the subject line.
