Learning Technologies 2011 and Learning and Skills 2011 conference programme announced
Learning Technologies and Learning and Skills 2011 today announced their conference programme for 26-27 January, which include over 40 sessions from some of the Learning and Development sector’s leading thinkers and visionaries, with keynote addresses from Socratic Arts CEO Roger Schank, journalist and author Jonathan Margolis and Director of Research and Policy at the UK Commission for Employment and Skills, Professor Mike Campbell OBE.
Over 400 L&D professionals are expected to attend the conference which runs alongside the two exhibitions. The event will be the biggest in its eleven-year history and the full conference programme is announced today with online booking now available.
The conference discusses all of the important issues facing L&D and will be a great opportunity to listen to – and interact with – some of the leading contemporary thinkers and practitioners in workplace learning, to gain both practical assistance for today and insights into how learning will change in the future.
In addition to Schank, Margolis and Campbell, leading speakers include David Mallon, Ewan McIntosh, Dr. Itiel Dror, Jane Bozarth, Steve Smith, Prof. Chris Bones, Charles Jennings, Prof. Steve Wheeler , Nigel Paine, Mark Oehlert and Cathy Moore with case studies from British Airways, Bupa, Siemens, L’Oreal, Caja Madrid, RSA Group, Magnox South and British Army amongst others.
