Darrell Minards
Head of Learning & Development, Xerox Europe
Darrell Minards leads the Learning & Development team of Xerox across Europe. L&D are responsible for providing skills, knowledge and behavioural development for all business areas in Xerox including leadership and management, sales, consultants, technical analysts and engineers.
He has been responsible for leading the L&D transformation from a group of disconnected country teams to a single European L&D functional unit with governance of all aspects of learning from performance consulting, budgeting, design, delivery and performance impact evaluation linked directly to the business strategy and performance of Xerox. The transformation has dramatically improved the impact of L&D on the business and its relationship with the senior management team.
Prior to running L&D, Darrell gained extensive experience in Sales & Marketing and Business Management operating initially in the UK and ultimately across Europe
Darrell left Cardiff University with a degree in Law to join Xerox’s Graduate Programme and hasn’t looked back. Darrell is married with three children and has a passion for motor racing.
