David Beckett
Assistant Director Organisational Development, Identity and Passport Service
After starting his career as a history teacher, David moved to the financial sector and has over 30 years in Human Resources. In this time he has worked for a number of companies including The Prudential, The Stock Exchange, The Woolwich, Yellow Pages and Network Rail.
He has worked both as an internal and external consultant and has successfully managed not only learning and development teams but also a diverse range of projects from training for large scale systems implementations to culture change projects.
David manages the Organisational Development support for The Identity and Passport Service- encompassing Learning and Development, Leadership and Management Development, Resourcing and Organisational Development
