Compliance Director, Barclays Capital
Dylan is a Compliance Director within Barclays Capital and his primary responsibility is to manage and develop the Global Compliance Training Programme. He has also worked closely with the strategic implementation of Cornerstone within Barclays.
Dylan has also worked for Deutsche Bank, where he spent six years in their Compliance Department, most recently as Global Head of Branch Review and Compliance Project Manager. He trained in Law and is a qualified barrister.
