With experience across a range of industries including retail, financial services, stockbroking, telecoms, government and nuclear, Jonathan brings over 20 years experience of delivering measurable results to businesses through the effective use of training.

Jonathan is a consultant, entrepreneur, lecturer and commentator and in the past has held a number of senior roles within leading organisations, working at the highest level with partners and clients where he combines a strong understanding of how business works with the ways in which people and technology can be connected to provide greatest advantage.

Jonathan has always taken an active part within the industry; in the past he has been founder and Chairman of the TenCORE User Group and Vice Chair and Chair of the e-Learning Network. He has given many presentations on the issues surrounding business, education, training and technology and has lectured at Universities in London, Lancaster and Manchester on these issues. In addition, he has had work published in a number of industry journals and software demonstrated worldwide.

Jonathan is a Fellow of the Institute of IT Training, a Chartered Member Institute of Personnel and Development and holds an MBA with Distinction from Bradford University School of Management.

Jonathan is passionate about ensuring that training adds measurable results to business and regularly ‘bangs the drum’ to reiterate his point to the training and development fraternity. He is a straightforward speaker who delivers hard but achievable messages.
