Matt is Technology Training Consultant at Chubb Insurance. He’s been involved in training since 1995, running predominantly IT courses, as well as being involved on the soft skills side through courses such as induction, coaching skills, train the trainer and customer service. He still enjoys providing training via any medium, but has responsibility for the LMS and online learning development.
Matt believes that all learning should be relevant & enjoyable for the learners, and looks to use new methods and collaboration where there is an identifiable need.
