Noreen Wolfe has been eLearning manager at Whitbread since 2006, deploying projects ranging from laundry tracking to managing financial risk, from compliance to soft skills development. Working with 35,000 learners, Noreen is firmly of the belief that learning needs to be part of the business, and that everyone learns better when that learning is placed in context. Before joining Whitbread in 2002, Noreen worked in Information Systems and in face-to-face training, and delivered training consulting with a wide range of clients including the BBC.
