Paul is responsible for devising and implementing the Ministry of Justice’s corporate university - the JusticeAcademy. He is also responsible for the MoJ’s approach to talent management and employee engagement.
Much of Paul’s experience, though, lies in the private sector where he has had a mix of in-house and consultancy roles.
On the learning front, Paul developed Barclays University for all their employees and Barclays University Business School, aimed at leaders. He also put in place the niche Wealth Academy for their wealth management division.
Paul’s organisational solutions are underpinned by an MSc in Managing Change.
