how to book
On receipt of your conference booking you will be emailed with full conference details giving you all the information you will need regarding being a delegate at the event, and a VAT invoice.
Full joining instructions and your conference badge will be sent to you two weeks prior to the conference and you will be contacted regarding your preferred session path, complimentary Learning and Skills Group membership and the various forms you will need to complete.
Payment can be made by credit card or on receipt of an invoice.
Full payment is required before the conference or within 30 days of receipt of invoice.
Delegates can cancel up to a month after booking with no charge. We regret that we cannot accept any cancellations after January 1 2018 but a substitute delegate can be nominated.
