We’re delighted to celebrate David Jordan, who won Gold for Learning Designer of the Year at the 2025 Learning Technologies Awards — a hugely well-deserved achievement.
David’s work has had a profound impact on learning at Holland & Barrett. Over the past four years, he has consistently raised the bar for digital learning — combining exceptional design craft with a deep commitment to learner experience, accessibility, and quality. His creativity, attention to detail, and ability to bring complex topics to life have shaped some of our most impactful learning programmes, including the award-winning Qualified to Advise refresh.

As David’s manager, I couldn’t be prouder to see his continuous effort recognised on such a prestigious stage. He never stands still — constantly upskilling, experimenting with new approaches (including AI), and championing quality not just in what we create, but in how we create it. His passion for learning, willingness to support others, and quiet drive to always do better make him an invaluable part of our team.

This award is a reflection of David’s dedication, talent, and the care he brings to every project — and we’re incredibly lucky to have him shaping the future of learning at H&B.
