L2S1 - Developing your career in L&D
It is clear that many development programmes in Learning & Development are hugely successful – like our own Thirty under 30 initiative, both here and in the US. It is equally evident that L&D practitioners over 30 often do not feel supported in their own development, even though they are leaders in our field.
In this session, we bring together members of this year’s 30 under 30 cohort, and a host of the over 30s to share development ideas and challenges. What can those entering the industry and those established in it learn from each other? Let’s create a bridge between those entering and excelling in learning to those looking to continue to grow and develop their careers.
