T3S1 - Change management

Learning engagement , Professional development , Programme implementation
Most learning programmes are change programmes. They aim for a shift in behaviour – and that’s not usually something that comes without some resistance. Yet too often L&D professionals concentrate on designing content and delivering systems rather than ensuring buy-in. In this session we look at the vital, and too often overlooked, process of change management, leading to enthusiastic engagement in learning.

From senior buy-in to enthusiastic learning - the art of brilliant implementations

Implementing learning programmes of any size is no simple matter, yet at every stage there is one common factor that influences success or failure: people. On this panel, seasoned professionals who have been there and done it explore every aspect of working with those people to ensure the success of the roll out. They will look at persuading the business to provide budget in the first place, at working with managers in creating content, and at piloting systems and testing them in different environments. If you’re planning to implement any learning programme in 2022, this session is a must.
