Campaigns, not courses: An emerging best practice in online learning is the move away from 'once and done' courses towards a more campaign-based approach. These campaigns are made up of microburst trainings and snappy communications, videos and job aids on the same topics, with simple repeated messaging from real, diverse voices and local leaders.
How we do it: We try to take a multi-channel approach, leveraging online training, virtual classroom events, e-mail and communications campaigns, app nudges, job-aids, video, microsites, helplines, chat channels and leader accountability programs. We use real people and local leaders to drive home core messages and values.
