Supporting learning impact and transfer is challenging! Too often there is a disconnect between learning activities and the improvement of individual and team performance in the workplace. This session explores the vital role of reflective practice to embed learning at work, and the potential of digital journaling using a case study of the CIPD’s “My CPD Reflections” tool.
