We have all experienced work in a dramatically changed workplace environment and no doubt we have all seen a shift in working and learning practices too. We have been talking to L&D colleagues across the UK to find out just how they’ve been responding to changing learner expectations and behaviours. In this session we will share the insights we’ve gleaned and offer a perspective on how the L&D community is adapting to these changes and offer our perspective on the slow but steady shift towards learning consumerism and learning in the flow of work. Working with clients across all sectors as they tackle this shift has enabled us to reflect on the challenges and opportunities. Through our learning we’ve developed some practical hints and tips for you to take away.
