Organising a huge event such as the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games is a mammoth challenge. Thousands of volunteers, paid employees and contractors need to be fully prepared with the skills required to ensure the event runs safely and smoothly for both the athletes and millions of fans worldwide.
In this session, representatives from the Commonwealth Games and their learning technology partner imc reveal how they are training over 50,000 people during the time-pressured organisation of a worldwide event.
