Articulate’s Immersive Conference, Articuland, Comes to London this October
Articulate brings its training innovation conference, Articuland, to London this October. This immersive event is for Learning and Development practitioners, Instructional Designers, and anyone who creates training across the organisation. Learn more about the event and the programme attendees can expect.
Why this conference?
The pressure on training teams right now is real. Organisations across the UK and Europe must navigate AI adoption, the complexity of training a global workforce, and mounting pressure to show that learning investments change employee behaviour and improve business results. For professionals responsible for making that happen—whether they sit in L&D, sales enablement, IT, or customer service—the window to pause, connect with peers, and learn new skills doesn't come around often.
Articuland is part of an event series hosted by Articulate. The 2026 world tour begins in Orlando, FL, then stops in London, Barcelona, and Toronto. Last year's inaugural event series sold out months in advance with more than 1,000 people on the waitlist.
14–15 October 2026, Articuland comes to the UK for the two-day event at Novotel London West. The agenda and sessions are designed for anyone who creates, manages, or influences workplace training—whether you're a seasoned Instructional Design expert or an occasional training content creator. Here's everything you need to know about the programme.
What is Articuland?
Articuland is an immersive conference experience for people who create training across the organisation. Hear from forward-thinking peers, leading learning innovators, and the product and engineering teams building Articulate 360. Attend deep dive workshops and learn from other practitioners how they’ve tackled new, complex, or unique training needs for their own organisations. Articulate will showcase leading e-learning experts, including Tom Kuhlmann, Chief Learning Architect, and David Anderson, Director of Customer Training, and provide opportunities to attend demos and test-drive its latest product innovations.

The Articuland London agenda
The Articuland programme is built on four unique content tracks, each targeting a distinct set of challenges for leaders who create or influence organisational training.
Track 1: AI Transformation and Readiness focuses on how to meaningfully integrate AI into training and performance enablement. Notable sessions include:
- Behind the Build: AI Avatars and the Future of Human-Centred Learning, where Articulate’s engineering and product teams review the design decisions behind AI Avatars, a feature that moves training from a recording to a conversational flow.
- Train Smarter, Scale Further, a hands-on workshop exploring how AI tools can help stretched teams move faster without expanding headcount.
Track 2: Learning Strategy and Impact is for training professionals who need to speak the language of business outcomes. Notable sessions include:
- The Freshworks team presents a live demo of their successful Learning Champions programme and explains how it helped them extend team capacity by bringing department partners into the content creation process
- Articulate's L&D team presents a case study on how they close the gap between onboarding training and the role-specific knowledge that makes people effective.
Track 3: Articulate Product Expertise offers hands-on skill-building for practitioners who use Articulate 360. Notable sessions include:
- Advanced Storyline techniques, from Jonathan Hill of New Leaf Technologies, including a finished Storyline template attendees can take away.
- Product release recap, delivered live by the teams who built it. If you've been using the platform for a while and wonder what you've missed in the past twelve months, this session will answer that question directly.
Track 4: The Global Training track focuses on scaling training across languages and cultures without sacrificing quality or speed. Notable sessions include:
- Behind the Build: Localisation, where Articulate's product team pulls back the curtain on the design decisions behind the platform's localisation capabilities. This is not your typical feature walkthrough, but rather a look at how the team approached building for a genuinely global workforce.
- What You've Missed Since Articulate Localisation Launched, a live demo of recent enhancements from Senior Product Evangelist Elizabeth Truemper.

Who should attend
Articuland is not just an L&D conference. Organisers have explicitly designed the event to serve both L&D professionals and the growing number of professionals outside traditional learning roles who own training outcomes: sales leaders building enablement programmes, IT managers running technical onboarding, customer service supervisors developing CX training, and operations teams creating process content for distributed workforces. The event is known for peer-to-peer collaboration, tactical tips, and cross-industry connections.
The programme reflects the growing strategic role of L&D teams across organisations, while the track structure accommodates attendees at different levels of experience—from those building their first training to practitioners who aim to work at a more sophisticated level.
Group discounts are available, making the event a reasonable option for cross-functional teams seeking a shared context for their training strategy.

Conferences at their best aren't just about the sessions. They're about the conversations in between, the problems you realise others are solving in a new way, and the ideas that only surface when a room full of practitioners looks at the same questions. Articuland is built around that premise. For those familiar with that challenge, Articuland is a refreshing opportunity.
