The Charity Mentoring Network (CMN) is centred around a community platform that connects organisations, staff and volunteers together, so that they can support one another by sharing their knowledge and expertise.

Any organisation in the UK third sector can join, giving unlimited access to mentoring. Members can invite their staff and volunteers to either register as a mentor or a mentee, or both. They’ll automatically be presented with a selection of suggested matches.

Corporate organisations can also join the network, offering their people the opportunity to formally use their volunteering days as mentors and accumulate CPD points too. They’ll be offering the expertise of their workforce to help inspire, motivate and develop people who work for the charity sector.
