The Learning Technologies Autumn Forum 2025 picked up on the key issues from the Learning Technologies Conference. We took the time to explore these themes in more depth, looking at practical implications and sharing lessons learned.
This year, we focused on the theme that has dominated L&D for three years: how do we use emerging technologies for learning effectively? Since the launch of ChatGPT, we've seen a shift in how AI is seen: from awe to anticipation to application, although the application has been patchy. Still, AI and other emerging technologies are here to stay. How do we use them well, and what pitfalls should we aim to avoid?
