Who can enter the Learning Technologies Awards?

The Learning Technologies Awards are open to everyone around the world. These awards celebrate outstanding learning technologies worldwide with a wide range of categories available.

Where can I see the list of categories?

You can browse the full list of 25 categories available for 2026 here.

How much is it to enter?

1-2 entries: £190 plus VAT per individual entry
3-7 entries: £185 plus VAT per individual entry
8 or more entries: £180 plus VAT per individual entry

Is there a limit to how many categories I can enter?

While there is no official limit, we do encourage that each category you enter is truly relevant to you and your organisation/ project, to ensure the best chance of success.

What happens after I enter?

You will receive your email confirmation, including a receipt or invoice of purchase, depending on your chosen payment method.

Your submission(s) will then be reviewed by the judges for the first round, and you'll hear from us whether you have been shortlisted on Friday, 4 September 2026.

If you make the shortlist, you'll then be invited to present your submission(s) to our independent judging panel online.

Each category has its own guidelines for submission, which will be clearly displayed when you start your entry. But we've put together some useful guides to help you throughout the process:

When are the winners announced?

All our successful candidates will be announced at the Learning Technologies Awards 2026 gala celebration in London, UK.

  • 18:30 | Champagne reception

  • 21:30 | Awards ceremony
  • 23:00 | After party
  • 02:00 | Carriages

How much are tickets to the Learning Technologies Awards 2026?

Ticket prices for individual seats and table bookings will be confirmed in early September 2026.

What happens after I book my gala evening ticket(s)?

Once you've booked your seat(s), you will:

     ○ Receive your email confirmation and invoice/ receipt.

     ○ Receive your official invitation ahead of the event for entry.

What are my travel options?

The Park Plaza Westminster Bridge Hotel is located on London's South Bank at 200 Westminster Bridge Road, right next to the London Eye and Big Ben. It is easily accessible via the London Underground, train, bus, or car.

By London Underground

The closest and most convenient stations to the hotel are:

Waterloo Station: (Jubilee, Northern, Bakerloo, and Waterloo & City lines). It is about an 8-minute walk from the hotel. Exit via the South Bank and walk up York Road.

Westminster Station: (Jubilee, District, and Circle lines). It is about a 7-minute walk across Westminster Bridge.

By Train (National Rail)

London Waterloo: The closest major national rail hub, located just 0.3 miles (a 5-to-10-minute walk) from the hotel.

London Victoria: If you are arriving from Gatwick Airport, transfer here and take the Circle or District line to Westminster Station.

By Bus

Several bus routes stop near the hotel and St Thomas' Hospital, including routes 11, 12, 148, and 453.

By Car

The hotel is situated on the A3202. On-site car parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be pre-booked; daily rates start from £65.

Do I need a VISA to attend if I'm not from the UK?

You may be required to obtain a VISA to travel to the UK, depending on where you are travelling from. Please check the gov.uk website to find out more.

What is the dress code?

Black tie dress code: Guests are invited to dress in formal evening wear.

Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London offers complimentary standard Wi-Fi for all hotel guests and event attendees across the venue.

Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is not permitted inside Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London. Smoking is permitted outside the venue, with clear signs indicating where it's allowed.

Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London's cloakrooms are open during event hours and are provided free of charge, which will be made available upon entry.

Is there a lost & found?

If you have lost an item, please go to the Organiser's Office, which will be located on the ground floor ballroom.
