Nearly half of employees sought guidance multiple times in the past month to succeed in their role, yet only 7% turned to a learning platform first. Instead, most relied on managers and colleagues.
 
This gap highlights a broader shift in how development actually happens at work. As AI accelerates access to information and raises expectations for immediacy and relevance, traditional course-based models are giving way to more in-the-moment enablement.
