GB Railfreight x VinciWorks: Compliance Training Transformation
Award Category: Best use of learning technologies for compliance and risk management --
Compliance training has a reputation problem. Too often it is treated as a box-ticking exercise, mandatory, forgettable and disconnected from the way people actually work. GB Railfreight and VinciWorks set out to change that.
In this session, VinciWorks CMO Shmuli Goldberg and PR Manager Asha Purohit share how a safety-critical freight operator with 1,400 staff transformed its compliance programme from siloed, low-engagement training into a company-wide cultural shift. Course completion rates rose from 60% to 100%, but the more significant result was behavioural: employees began to engage with compliance as something that mattered to them, not just to the business.
This session explores what made that shift possible and what other organisations can learn from it.
- -Understand how engaging, customisable eLearning can move compliance from a mandatory obligation to a meaningful part of organisational culture
- -The importance of behavioural change, not just completion, as the true indicator of training effectiveness
- -Discover practical approaches to building a compliance programme that scales across a large, varied workforce without losing relevance or quality
