Delivering meaningful learning impact has never been harder. L&D teams face shrinking budgets, leaner teams, and rising expectations. Yet many organisations are still responding with more content and more courses, without seeing real behaviour change.
We will consider how L&D can be repositioned as a mission‑critical function by focusing on what truly matters. Rather than scaling output, we’ll look at how we can prioritise impact, embed learning, and align outcomes to real business challenges.
