Demonstrating measurable impact is critical for anyone involved in learning programmes, from budget holders to learning designers. In this session we will share and explore our thoughts and research into the most effective approaches to measuring impact. We will show you how, through the acquisition and analysis of behaviour data, we can gain real insight into your learners; their levels of knowledge, engagement and competence. Armed with this insight we will share how this using this approach can improve the effectiveness of digital learning strategy & design.
