Vlad and Jared will present a case study of the work Bridge Learning Tech undertook for Hyundai Motor America to develop digital solutions to implement Hyundai’s global learning strategy and innovation roadmap.
They will highlight the challenges facing automotive dealerships in training the huge American market and how the in-house training approach allowed the implementation of digital solutions that were efficient, sustainable and cost-effective.
Specifically, they will concentrate on: the Test Drive Suite, a mobile app that trains the sales consultants on every aspect of a new vehicle and allows for model comparison; the Digital Workbook, an agile platform that digitalises classroom learning and provides in depth reporting for trainers and management; and, an upcoming microlearning solution to support and enhance the learning process.
