Preparing for a Flash-free future: the skills non-learning designers will need to modernise old content
We will cover what the death of Flash means to learning design teams - a deluge of work for clients with large libraries of old content. This will take out of action a bunch of people that would normally be available. So, what do you do if you've old content and no design talent to rework it? One way is up-skilling non-designers. We will discuss the skills we apply, with practical examples for non-techie folk, to help inform their plans.
- Know how to recognise if Flash is something I need to deal with.
- Have a good idea on where to start and who to speak to if it is going to need a solution.
- Be able to implement some basic best-practices to deal with Flash content conversion.
