We are not robots! We are humans who do not have a memory chip

13 Feb 2020
Theatre 9

In today's learning technologies world, we do not need to be like a robot and have a memory chip installed to remember the high volume of system processes and procedures. We can utilise modern learning technologies that provide the learner with in-application help that specifically tells them what information is needed where that allows people to focus more on the customer conversation. These new technologies create a multitude of new opportunities, but at the same time, they also bring new challenges like a massive overload of data.
The key to success nowadays is to make use of these challenges and to channel the information in the right way.

This session will focus on why it's critical to have a clear focused post-learning performance support plan in place following any learning intervention, to ensure that learning is embedded effectively. It will provide practical suggestions to help you build your business case to explain what highly effective post-learning performance support is & why it is critical and how it will significantly help the learner, business and most importantly the customer in their daily work.

This session follows the podcast episode of the same name on the LPT Podcast - Learn, Unlearn, Relearn, Repeat.

  • How to put the customer at the heart of what you do.
  • Provide the right support on time for customer facing employees.
  • Improve your Customer satisfaction (CSAT) and employee morale.
