Michelle Wartak, Head of Learning Programs at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, shares how one of the world’s leading research organizations transformed their learning program.

Three years ago, Broad’s Learning and Development team came to the Learning Technologies conference with the challenge to find a learning technology solution that would provide a personalized learning experience for their employees and they found CDSM’s Thinqi platform.

Learning outcomes:

The Broad MyLearning environment allows learners to find the right learning solution (in-person training, video content, group learning) exactly when they need it. Implementing microlearning, self-directed learning, learner-created content, and social learning to power engagement, Broad has expanded their educational offerings and provided multi-modalities of learning content.
