L&D functions face an enormous challenge. Budgets are tight, and they grappling with disruption from the Fourth Industrial Revolution where the scale, speed and complexity is unprecedented. Gen-Z is reshaping the future of work, which brings significant management challenges, and there is a soft skills crisis.
Nevertheless, L&D functions are still tasked to resolve the people potential/performance/productivity conundrum on a shoestring budget. In this seminar, we will look at how to get more for much less using the apprenticeship levy and open-source technology.
