With degrees in Psychology and Human Resources, as well as being a certified Experience Designer, Facilitator and Design Thinker, Anamaria has a lifelong commitment to nurturing collective learning spaces and designing transformative experiences. As a Learning and Community Consultant, she supports her clients in designing, launching, and sustaining internal communities of practice and learning and unique, immersive, and participatory experiences. She has worked with teams at Miro, Rituals, Sage, Nortal, Continental, and DB Schenker. As the Founder of L&D Shakers, she advocates for communities of practice as fertile grounds for personal and professional transformation. Anamaria co-hosts Mapping Ties, a podcast that presents real case studies of internal community builders and explains how they craft, nurture, and grow communities from within. She also writes IRrEGULAR LEtTER, a newsletter exploring and experimenting with experience design and community-building ideas.
