Anamaria Dorgo is the Founder and CEO of Handle with Brain, a Community and Learning Experience Design Agency.
With degrees in Psychology and Human Resources, as well as being a certified Facilitator and Design Thinker, she has a lifelong commitment to nurturing collective learning spaces, and designing transformative offline and online experiences.
As Founder of L&D Shakers, she's advocating for communities of practice as fertile grounds for personal and professional transformation.
Together with Sophie August, she's hosting Mapping Ties—a podcast aiming to surface real case studies of internal community builders on how they are crafting, nurturing, and growing communities from within.
