Andy Shean is the Chief Expert for Learning and Engagement at SAP SuccessFactors. He provides thought leadership and domain expertise to internal and external audiences, direct engagement, and ownership for go-to-market initiatives in collaboration with the overall SAP SuccessFactors strategy teams, and provides solution-centric support for product, marketing and sales functions. Andy has 15 years of experience working with SAP and acquired companies and 18 years of experience in the learning industry in both academic and corporate environments. Andy holds an M.S. in Instructional Technology from Bloomsburg University.
