Andy Wooler has some 25 years of global experience in the world of Learning Technologies. Before joining the Area9Lyceum team in 2021, he served as a Learning Strategist for a leading company in the Data and Digital Solutions space and has led learning platform projects in global Financial Services organizations. He is a regular speaker on topics such as Learning Management Systems and how to use data from learning platforms to gain actionable insights into learning activities. Andy is a Senior Vice President in the Product Management Team at Area9 Lyceum, focusing on helping organizations integrate Adaptive Learning solutions into their wider learning & HR ecosystems. Andy holds an MBA from the Open University and is a Fellow of the Learning & Performance Institute.
