Anna Jokisch is a Senior Solution Consultant with over 17 years of experience across the L&D value chain: spanning strategic advisory, learning experience design, and solution design that drives measurable business impact. She has helped mid-sized companies and global enterprises build successful learning strategies, drive learner engagement, and develop thriving learning cultures. Anna has held key roles across the industry, including leading the digital learning portfolio at WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management and designing Learning Games and VR Learning Apps as a Learning Experience Designer. Her work has been recognised with multiple industry awards, including the eLearning Innovation Award, the Social Learning Award and multiple Brandon Hall Awards. She is a regular speaker at industry events, and volunteers as a voice-over narrator for the free vhs Lernportal, a digital learning platform for integration and German language learning, primarily designed for migrants and refugees and run by the German Adult Education Association.
