Annelien van der Hoek is highly passionate about and experienced in Talent Management, Talent Development & Learning. She currently works for the Corporate HR team of Arriva Netherlands. With a background in Psychology she also has a special interest in human behaviour within organisations. Diversity & Inclusion is under her responsibility as well.
