Ben heads up the learning function at Grant Thornton, looking after learning, performance, talent and culture. He has previously undertaken similar roles at GSK, HSBC and Tesco and has also spent time living and working in Australia and India, undertaking consulting roles and in-house positions. He is the founder of the Talent and Leadership Club, a global networking group for L&D professionals to develop themselves and share knowledge. Outside of work he lives in Reading with his wife and three energetic boys.
