Benjamin Rambaud is Training Projects Manager at Perenco and Director of the Barge Training Center, a unique floating training facility dedicated to developing technical skills across Perenco’s operations in Central Africa. With over 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Benjamin previously worked as a reservoir and production engineer in several international environments, including Europe, Africa and Asia. His operational background allows him to bridge the gap between field expertise and learning strategy. Today, he leads the development of Perenco’s learning ecosystem, combining hands-on operational training with digital learning through the PeTra platform to support workforce development and operational excellence across multiple countries.
