Burrwa is a talent and development specialist with over 15 years of professional experience mainly in Executive Education working for HultEF, Ashridge Executive Education and previously with London Business School, where he honed his skills in developing and implementing effective leadership programmes for individuals and organisations across the UK & Ireland, Europe, and the Middle East. In his current role he works with the UK Government sector offering expertise in learning and development to help support leaders of the future across multiple public sector functions. He works alongside EY and KPMG to clients, including the Cabinet Office, Home Office, Energy Sector Departments, British Transport Police, the Ministry of Justice, and various NHS trusts. Aside from his professional achievements, Burrwa is a passionate rower and has competed nationally and internationally in multiple tournaments. He has also recently completed his qualification in Executive Coaching with Ashridge and regularly coaches’ talented consultants building their careers across various industries and consulting firms.
