Chief People Officer, DataCamp
Catalina Schveninger, FCIPD is the Chief People Officer at DataCamp, a global edTech company with the mission to democratise data skills for everyone. This is Catalina’s second stint in the industry, she was previously the CPeO of FutureLearn. Prior to that, Catalina was the CLO of Vodafone, where she led the roll out of agile with a skills-first approach and was responsible for the shift to reskilling and upskilling for 100,000 employees across 25 countries. Catalina has over 20 years of experience in international HR, both as a generalist and in centres of expertise, with a focus on learning and talent development. A mother of 2, Catalina is a passionate advocate for the attraction and development of women in organisations and an avid learner of all things ethical AI. A native of Romania, she holds a Masters in Communications from the University of Bucharest and has lived and worked in six countries.
