Charlotte has been working in Customer Success role for over 15 years. She has worked with a wide range of organisations across all industry sectors to ensure they obtain the best results and ROI.  Before Learning & Development Charlotte specialised in recruitment marketing, working with organisations to attract graduates and experienced hires. Charlotte has utilised this invaluable experience within Learning & Development to design key engagement strategies and drive learning cultures. She now leads the MindTools EMEA team as the Customer Success Team Lead, focusing on client retention and growth.
