In 2015 Chibeza co-founded Obrizum Group Ltd with two other colleagues from the University of Cambridge. Dr. Agley led the Company from its origins as an academia-to-industry knowledge brokerage & training business, into a fully scalable international enterprise technology company supporting multinational corporations in a variety of industries worldwide. OBRIZUM Group’s core offering is an Artificial Intelligence-powered SaaS platform called OBRIZUM® that allows large companies working in any vertical, to automatically build, personalise and measure adaptive digital learning or assessment programmes at scale. Dr. Agley was instrumental in orchestrating the Company’s transition into a sector agnostic technology solution; as part of this process, he installed the pillars of ‘automation, adaptability and analytics’ to define the Company’s direction with respect to its technology, mission and culture. Dr. Agley has amassed an exceptionally capable and experienced management team and Board that boasts 7 PhDs and seasoned ex-C-Suite FTSE100 and Fortune500 executives. Dr. Agley is also a Fellow of Homerton College, University of Cambridge, where he sits on the Governing Body of the College and the Investment Committee.
