Chris spent the first fifteen years of his career growing brands across the globe for high profile businesses like AutoTrader, Carlsberg and Goodwood. After joining the charity, Dementia Support, as a Trustee, he was inspired to positively impact the wider community. When Chris and Co-Founder, Jen Bayford, set up Growth Animals, in the height of the pandemic, they developed their Animal Instincts brand personality quiz, grounded in Carl Jung Personality Theory, that empowers people to discover, embrace and celebrate their superpowers.
